pvip5 Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and pvip5 ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the pvip5 website at pvip5.app and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, crash games, and payment processing. These Terms apply to all users regardless of their location within Bangladesh, including players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar.

By accessing pvip5, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the pvip5 platform. pvip5 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

To register and use the pvip5 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pvip5 enforces a strict 21+ age restriction. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.
• You must be a natural person legally capable of entering into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must register using your own true identity, a valid Bangladesh mobile number in your name, and accurate personal information. Registering on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player, nor be subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prohibit participation in online gambling activities.

pvip5 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable time of request will result in account restriction or closure. pvip5 may also perform independent verification checks using third-party services.

Each player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) account with pvip5. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual is a serious breach of these Terms. Upon discovery of multiple accounts, pvip5 will suspend all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonus balances, and withhold any associated funds pending investigation. Registration requires the following:

• A valid Bangladesh mobile number registered in your own name, used for SMS OTP verification during registration and password recovery.
• A secure password chosen by you at registration. pvip5 stores passwords as salted cryptographic hashes and cannot retrieve your plaintext password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accurate date of birth confirming you are aged 21 or above. pvip5 may request supporting identity documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Agreement to these Terms and Conditions and the pvip5 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

You must notify pvip5 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that any third party has gained unauthorised access to your account. pvip5 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate credential security or has shared login details with a third party.

All financial transactions on pvip5 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). pvip5 does not charge deposit fees on any of the supported payment methods listed below. Withdrawal processing fees, where applicable, will be displayed to the player prior to confirmation. Supported payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals include:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits via these services typically credit to the pvip5 wallet within 60 seconds of confirmed payment. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad typically process within 5 to 15 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Bank transfer deposits typically process within 15 to 30 minutes during banking hours (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM BST, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays).
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day may apply and will be communicated in the account withdrawal interface.
• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account (same-source withdrawal policy). pvip5 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal request.

pvip5 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline any withdrawal request pending completion of identity verification (KYC), investigation of potentially fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable legal obligations. Funds involved in active disputes or under investigation will be withheld until the matter is resolved.

pvip5 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, and other promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of the individual offer:

• Bonuses are credited to the player's pvip5 bonus wallet. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated at the point of claiming.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use by the account holder only. Using multiple accounts, payment methods belonging to third parties, or coordinated play to exploit bonus terms constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• pvip5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use at the time of the change.
• Free spins are valid for the specific games indicated at the time of the offer. Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the individual promotion terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pvip5 platform. Engaging in any of the acts listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

All content on the pvip5 platform — including but not limited to the website design, user interface layout, graphics, logos, text, colour schemes, software code, game presentations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pvip5 or its content and technology licensors. All rights are reserved. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, publicly displayed, modified, adapted, translated, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of pvip5.

The pvip5 brand name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary identifiers of pvip5. Unauthorised use of the pvip5 brand or any confusingly similar mark in connection with any competing service, social media account, website, or promotional material is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

pvip5 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pvip5 expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free service. pvip5 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, that any specific game will be available at any given time, or that any technical error will be corrected within any particular timeframe.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pvip5's total cumulative liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the pvip5 platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to pvip5 in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. pvip5 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

pvip 5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to prohibited conduct, multiple account registration, provision of false information, or age misrepresentation.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, use of stolen payment credentials, or any conduct that exposes pvip5 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure submitted to pvip5 support in writing.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds, which are forfeited) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Accounts closed due to breach of these Terms forfeit all balances, bonuses, and pending winnings.

pvip5 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available at pvip5.app/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. pvip5 uses SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the pvip5 servers. Passwords are stored as salted cryptographic hashes. pvip5 does not sell personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services strictly as required to operate the platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

pvip5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pvip5 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes that substantially alter player rights or obligations, pvip5 will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via their registered mobile number or through a notice displayed upon next login.

Your continued use of the pvip5 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
